Again with the landslides

    Once again the earth is moving on the Tenn/ NC border. As of this morning the Skyway is closed just past the state line due to a slide also 411 in Tenn has had a major slide taking out completely two lanes.
    If 411 is not repaired that will send a lot of traffic over 129 and will interfere with some day drives.
    Hope they move quickly, by the way it is still raining.

    I've been wondering if that was going to start happening. Pouring in London , I mean Atlanta

    The slide on 411 didn't just cover the road it removed it. Also the river is just about to leave its banks jeopardizing Tabco Lodge
    Fortunately the highway departments in that area do a pretty good job of getting things cleaned up fairly well.
