ALMS runs at Laguna Seca (Monterey) this weekend!

Qualifying is later today (Fri) and the race is 1:30pm - 7:30pm (Pacific) tomorrow (Sat).

Both will be streamed live on ESPN3 (espn.go.com) and there will be a delayed broadcast (I assume just highlights) on Sun. Details at ALMS.com.

You can also download a spotter guide here.

What a great day of racing! Scary how much faster the P1 and P2 cars are than the GT1 cars :eek6: GT1 provided all the excitement as there were 7 cars in the last few laps on the same lap, with the Corvetts taking 1-2, and the BMW M3's coming behind them. On the way home we tried to figure out which GT1 cars sounded the best  Well the Vetts have the unmistakable V8 rumble, and BTW so does the Aston Martin  Then you have the vicious whine of the M3's, anyone know why they sound like that? What engine do they run? Then there was the Lotus, has its own sound, in between muscle and whine. All the Porches, they are just to quiet. But I think our favorite was the 2 Ferraris, they sound AWESOME! That familiar Ferrari scream, priceless
