    There is nothing really to go on here, like why the police were so violent or what the suspect did to garner such a reaction.

    You know, if someone is busy smashing the windshield in front of my face with a bat, while a gang of others (never identifying themselves verbally as police) keep screaming GET OUT in through the window they've just smashed, I think that actually getting out of my car would be the last thing on my mind.

    I believe I would be considering other options.

    You gotta think this was after some kind of chase.....who knows for how long. And with the numbers of plainclothes cops it looked like maybe a sting/round-up kind of an operation.

    They take out the windshield in front of the driver so he can't see to drive away.

    uh-ohhhhhhhh...racial profiling in Jolly Olde England? Whatever happened to the Magna Carta? I hope Oprah doesn't have a MINI to drive there....
