The first Sunday of each month, there is a car show in N. Atlanta called Caffeine & Octain. It is free, and when the weather is nice, VERY large (several hundred cars, and a lot of them exotic). Everyone just shows up, parks, walks around and takes pics or just admires the machines. Anything is welcome and we are trying to get a larger MINI contingent out. It is held at the movie theater just east of 400 on Mansell Road and runs from 8am to about lunch time. A bunch of local MINI's meet at 7am at the Racetrac on Mansell Road just west of GA 400 and then head over to the show at 7:15 to ensure we get a group area in the middle of things and aren't relegated to the fringe. The show is very loosely organized and has been quite fun. There is a large Lambo turnout, as well as Ferrari, Porsche, BMW, Chevy, Ford, and all manner of car/trucks. Even had a Lexus LFA show up at one a couple of months ago. Last time there was a Deuce and a half in desert camo! If any of you are available early Sunday morning, come and join us!
