CCMC - Laguna Seca Motorsports Reunion - 08/18/12

The historic car races now known as the Motorsports Reunion are coming up August 18/19 at Laguna Seca raceway in Monterey, CA.
Shelby Cobra is the marque car this year.

Hopefully we can get a group to caravan to the races.
Let me know if you are also interested in going to the races.

Prices are $70 Sat, $60 Sun, or $100 for Sat & Sun.
VIP parking is $75 for Fri/Sat/Sun. If we have a group going I might spring for VIP parking so we can have close food/drink at my car.
Tickets must be ordered by Aug 3rd to be mailed to you.

I posted about 90 photos, on our CCMC Flickr page, from our 08/17/2012 trip to Laguna Seca for the Monterey Motorsports Reunion. Michael Favorite and I attended the races (also with non-club member Don) . Since Shelby Cobra was the marque car for this year there were many Cobras at the event and a great display of historic Cobras. There were 17 different classes of cars racing so a lot to see.

I suggest looking at the photos with detail selected to see the photo titles where I tried to identify the year and model of the cars. In the photo description I added the group classification for the car and sometimes a little info about the car or driver.
