    i was wondering if someone can recommend a coilover kit that would be good for aggressive driving and street use?

    If you're not a track junkie...

    I'd reccomend reading up on the options, then keeping an eye on the various forum marketplaces. You can find some serious savings if you do it that way.

    That's how I found my Ledas. Got them for about 50% off retail.

    I second that. I found my Bilstein PSS9's for about 45% off.

    IF you follow Jerry and my lead...

    you'll be able to afford a much better set than you thought, but make sure that they are rebuildable. I got mine rebuilt at the beginning of this year for a couple hundred dollars. Over the life of the car, the savings get larger and larger when compared to those that can't be rebuilt.

    We have KW Variant 1 or Variant 2 you might want to look at. These are a priviate label made to TSW specifications, specifically for the MINI.
