I've heard good things about it. I actually have an Brand New AEM one for sale in the classified section. I'm selling for $275 + shipping. Think about it and pm me with any questions.

How much of a difference does this make? Is there a ram-air effect at speed?

A very simple explanation is that air is pushed into the engine by moving the vehicle forward. However, at sub-sonic speeds the effect is negligible.

Wikipedia has a more complex explanation. Ram-air intake - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Nathan's explanation is spot on. I have the DDM intake, but I rarely run my Justa sub sonic, so I can't speak for how it works on an "S". :D

    ^^^ Heh, Heh, Heh....
Some of the big hills in Pa help to get Justa Jim near sub sonic..... There is no tell-tail sonic boom.... Just a little hair muss with the windows down... And of course, the cows are a little more blurry....

I'll have you know, we leave a path of destruction behind us from our sonic boom MM. Foggie is not your average Justa. :D

We're talking about the speed of "sound" MM, not the speed of "Sight". :D
