As the title says, wondering if anyone has successfully connected and read/wrote data using an arduino board? Lots of cool tricks are possible if so..

Funk nor Wagnal would know this..Google would. Can't say I've done anything at all like this or would know anything about how or even why.

Arduino is an open-source electronics prototyping platform based on flexible, easy-to-use hardware and software. It's intended for artists, designers, hobbyists, and anyone interested in creating interactive objects or environments.

Thanks Nathan. I thought this part was interesting:

Arduino can sense the environment by receiving input from a variety of sensors and can affect its surroundings by controlling lights, motors, and other actuators.

My first thought was that actions it might take when it sensed you were entering the Dragon. :D

I will research more and can give you all a better idea as to what I could do. It could for sure sense motion entering the car(I've used an arduino for motion sensor photography), automate voice command greetings, change voice commands and not the mention the endless possiblities via sudo commands.

I have an arduino but it is in Tucson, I just graduated from school and left lots of belongings out there. Within the next week I'll have mine back and start sniffing what I can do when it's in my hands.

Someone has for sure done this!! Chime in please! Save me time searching ha

IIRC, somewhere over in NAM, there has been some Arduino discussion. Please, if you give this a whirl, post some info! :)
