Well, we have it finally.

I picked up "Pat's" Countryman ALL4 S yesterday afternoon. Finally got out on the road about 5:30.

The CM is a slightly bigger, heavier MINI. It has plenty of power and really is nice on the ice/slush/snow.

A friend was trailing behind in is 04 R53 at the first light as we left MINI of Loveland. I motored on, he managed to do a full sideways slide. That was neat.

I have managed only 65 miles so far and washed the CM once today to get the noon drive splash off of it.

It will take a bit more time to wash up than my R56.

Here is a picture that Rich took.

I figure when I give the keys over to Pat, I will not get to drive this one much. :frown5: :frown2:

    More at my picasa area.

I just drove my buddie's new All4, it's not snowing or anything here, so I really didn't get a chance to push it, but first impressions are very favorable.
It sure seemed to have more go than I thought it would, and while you can feel the extra size and weight, it's still a MINI thru and thru.

I think this car is going to really hit the intended market right dead center!

Congrats on the New Countryman! I have been trying to convince the wife to trade her Expedition in for the New Countryman S. She was into it at the Countryman unveiling Party at Braman this past November. Maybe we will go test drive one this weekend..

Thanks for the comments, it is a great MINI, fun to drive.

Got the NAV code to work, but still messing with the garage door openers, my error on the door opener itself, so I get to reprogram a bunch of cars and openers. (insert idiot here)...

CM does have some go. :arf:
