Hello Mini Lovers, I wanted to ask if anyone knows what code E9 means? This code came up and the service engine light also came on. Does it have anything to do with the transmission? I know that some of the Minis that have the "sealed" transmission cannot be worked on and that the transmission has to be replaced. Mine does not like to shift and is giving me a great deal of trouble. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. K

If not go to any auto parts store and they can read the codes for you and let us know what you found. I am the worst person on here for advice on automatics.
