The Central Coast Mini Coopers (CCMC) group is going to the Warbirds, Wings, and Wheels show on May 14th, 2011 at the Estrella Museum located at the Paso Robles, CA airport. The museum is having an open house / car show from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Here is a link to the Museum website: WarBirds Wings & Wheels 3 There will be planes, military vehicles, and cars on display. I am still working out the details but here are my initial thoughts: Leave Orcutt, CA 9:10. Leave SLO, CA at 10:00. Drive back roads to Paso Robles, CA. Arrive at Estrella Museum about 11:45. Have lunch and see all there is to see at the Museum. Leave around 3:00.
If anyone wanys to take a day trip from the valley and come over to the Car show you are welcome to park at my house. I live within walking distance.

We had a great trip to the Wings, Warbirds, & Wheels show at the Estrella Warbird Museum in Paso Robles. Thanks to Paul and Julie for giving us VIP parking at their home (right across the street from the museum). The drive from San Luis Obispo to Paso Robles was great. We drove some familiar and some new back roads on the way to Paso. I was surprised at how much there was to see at the show. The museum is worth going to see.
