    Thanks everyone!

    I also have:

*Cylinder head from a 10k mile 2006 Cooper S with complete valvetrain and camshaft. Never molested. Make an offer!

*two rear wiper motors with wiper arms for sale, one from an '02 and one from an '04 MCS.

*stock brake pads for R53 front and R56 front and rear

    *two stock catalytic converters

Thanks for looking! Don't hesitate to ask questions!
    Cheers,
    Ryan

Very, very interested in the BC's. Two questions:

    1) At their highest setting, how much lower than stock is the ride height?

    2) How would you characterize the ride quality of the BC's on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being pillow soft and ten being ridiculously harsh?

Thanks! I'll send you a PM.

You can make the BC's anywhere from 0.5" higher than stock to 1.8" lower than stock depending on lower bracket and spring load settings.

Their ride quality is directly correlated to their damping setting and spring rate. For the included springs to be critically damped the ride quality will be one full step firmer than a stock '02-'04 Cooper S [not to be confused with run-flat tire induced harshness]. You can setup the BC's to be Caddy squishy or practically immovably stiff, so giving a single point is irrelevant.

The BC coilovers are spoken for by a local MichiganMINI friend that I offered dibs to. Sorry guys!

Also, I have a boatload of R53 interior bits [rear seats, panels, seatbelts, head curtain airbags] and stock front brake pads with 20 miles on them.

    Cheers,
    Ryan

Does the GRS represent an actual improvement over stock? If so, what is it?

You won't find the following on any forum: The GRS intercooler is slighter better than stock for the first 10 minutes of open-track in terms of lower outlet temps. After that it'll heat soak more than stock. If you're running street-only [yes, Dragon included] or auto-x [bags of ice assumed], the GRS will be an improvement. If you're running open-track sessions longer than 15 minutes, this won't help over stock.

So, street MINIs including those looking for absolutely amazing craftsmanship under the bonnet, this has your name all over it. :cornut:

Appreciate the honesty:Thumbsup: Am I to assume that your custom work will be for us open-track session people? I suppose that's another thread...

    Good luck with your sales...

Bump. Still have the GRS intercooler waiting for a good home. Also have a boatload of stock components [rear wipers, brake pads, calipers, swaybars, rear interior seats and panels, clean '02-'04 headliner [no sunroof], etc etc etc.

    Also have an Autometer mechanical 2 1/16" boost/vac gauge [30inHg to 20PSIg]

I'm very interested in the stock brake pads, probably just the rears but what are you looking for out of the whole set? I'm in 30213, so with shipping? Thanks!

My mistake; I just checked my stash and I only have R53 front pads. I have R56 MCS front and rear stock pads, that's where I got confused. Sorry!

R56 pads are basically R53 JCW parts right? So I'd need rotors and calipers to make them work? Thanks for checking either way!
