As listed above, this item is only the upper surround that attaches to the hood; it is not a set and therefore does not include the lower piece that attaches to the bumper apron. MINI does not sell the upper and lower pieces together as a set, they sell them separately and each has its own part number. The cynic in me says they do this so they can charge us for two pieces instead of just one set and thus make more $, but I suppose it's so you can buy and replace only the part you damage or lose. Anyway, I only have the upper piece to sell. thanks!
