I am new to the forum and hope that I am not posting in the wrong place. I am not yet an owner, but I have one question that I cannot seem to get answered anywhere. Is there a kit, complete replacement of or anyway to change the face plate on a late model MINI 2 tachometer? I am considering buying one of the Hampton 50th Anniversary models. The package comes with a black faced speedo and I thought that a blacked out Tachometer would look better than factory white. If anyone has any ideas I would be very appreciative. I did find what appeared to be a how to pdf from Moss that discribes how to perform the change out, but no mention of where the faceplate might be available. Thanks in advance. Ken :confused5:
Check with Aaron at MINI Cooper Accessories : MINI Cooper Parts : OutMotoring I know there are gauge faces for the 02-06 Gen 1 models. Not sure about the Gen 2 models.

There was another vendor selling faceplates for the R56 but for the life of me I can't find it right now. I'll keep looking and report back...
