Metalman (Chuck) has been kind enough to give me long-distance guidance with my horn issue.

We have reached an impasse and I don't have quick access to my Bentley manual to answer his question of whether the horns operate through the CAN BUS or outside the CAN BUS.

If anyone has access to a Bentley...or has personal knowledge of the info...it would be greatly appreciated if you could share the info.

    Thanks in advance!

The wiring diagrams say no. They show the horns directly wired to the switch on the steering wheel.

I'll be checking out the wiring diagram in a Bentley for your model soon. So in the mean time..... Roll down your window and yell "HONK" should an opportunity present itself. So stay safe, and sneezing is not allowed while driving.....:D

I promise NOT to accidentally hit the button while the windows are still rolled up!
