I saw on the NAM that is was already sold for 31,500. Great looking GP but that price is just crazy. :rolleyes5:
Lets see buy a GP2 for, what $34 or an essentially new GP1 for $31. If I had that much I'd spend it for that GP1.
The dealer here in Memphis still has a GP2 on its lot. If you have 39.9 you can take it home. I would much rather have a GP1
OH yea, maybe crazy money, but my opinion is if you want the most serious stock Mini of the R53 era,,,,you may have to pay $31k to get one with only 1000 miles... I would easily take this over a GP2.....even if they were both offered at $31k...assuming the GP1 is in perfect working order in every way...
The going price for a GP I on the lot in 2006 was $31.5k. An 8 year old car with only 1k of miles seems pretty reasonable, especially for a car that everyone says they want. For that price I'd take the GP I over the II any day, nothing personal.
I know it's a great car and the best modern MINI period but it should not be still sticker priced. With it sitting for so long things are going to need to be serviced. (Seals, gaskets, filters) Don't get me wrong if I had the loot it would be in my garage later today.
If that GP1 sold this fast it was indeed priced right. This was a very special car I bet there are not many more if any new GP1s out there. The market has $poken.
Yeah I prefer GP and it 1/2 a$$ed clone.:ihih::lol: or The original GP and its sequel. The sequel is just never quite as good as the original.
