Picked these three brushes up from Detailers Domain. Thought I would give these a try as I had not seen them on Detailers Paradise or Griot's. I'm sure they are available through other outlets

Finally got some warmer weather so I could get at both our MINI's which had about 3 weeks worth of winter filth all over em'. Literally cut my time in half using these.

    1) Great for tire/wheel face and getting into those tight spots on the face of the wheel

    2) This is the one that blew me away. Absolutely rocks getting to the back side of the spokes/inner rim. On the newer MINI I could not even get my hands back behind the spokes. This thing?...forgeddabout it

    3) For getting the schmutz between the lug and the wheel itself

I could use a small brush like that for cleaning around the lugs.

For cleaning around spokes I use a older MF towel, wrap it around the back of the spokes and pull it from side to side. For my holies nothing really gets to the backside of them, but then you can't really see back there on them.

I actually use an old cotton towel torn into strips for this...!

To be honest, if I was going to spend that kind of money on a Boars hair brush, I'd use it for my shaving soap:lol:. I'm kind of old fashioned that way, shaving soap, mug, and brush.

No, not that brave, but I do have an old one for wood carving. And I use a leather strop for honing my chisels.

The Boars hair was kinda pricey but damn it works, and fast. Gets to those tight crevices on the face of the wheel far better than any wool or MF mitt or piece of terry cloth.

Money well spent for the time it's gonna save me, hell if I use it for shaving I'm even saving MORE money! :)Thanks Mark!
