After finishing replacing clutch in r53, I have 3 bolts remaining. Hoping someone can help identify where they go.

    2 - specialized 13mm bolts
    1 - large 16mm bolt

I can’t help you with the bolts but I can welcome you to Motoring Alliance.

Those look like the bolts that bolt the transmission to the motor

Transmission bolts are 15mm - I have verified that both starter bolts, 7 transmission bolts, 10 subframe bolts, and 9 transmission mount bolts are installed

Maybe someone tossed them on ground when you were working on the car like Carroll Shelby did in the movie Ford v Ferrari. :D:D

The first one I didn't find because removal isn't required for clutch replacement. It is the drivers side inner ball joint bolt that is directly under the axle
The other two go into the bracket that is mounted to the throttle body. M8x30-z1
