1st Gen Hi from CT

    Hi all,

    I'm new to the forum and just bought my first MINI a little over a week ago. I'm a VW/Audi guy but so far the MINI has been AWESOME! I picked up an 09 R55 JCW with only 8,500 miles on it! I traded in my 2010 Audi A4. While I miss a few conveniences of the Audi, the MINI is a BLAST to drive and overall I'm happy with my decision. Now I just need to come up with a name......

    Welcome. Interesting locations listed in your profile. My fiancee is currently in CT and my sister lives in RI. LOL.

    Great car. Trust me, after a month of romping around with a JCW you'll be totally okay with having traded in the A4.

    Thanks Redbeard. I don't regret the trade at all. This car is so much fun to drive.

    Where in CT is your fiancee? Where in RI is your sister? I live in Norwalk, Ct and my in-laws live in Westerly, RI. My wife and I go back quite a bit in the summer to go to the beach.

    I went to college in Smithfield which is right next to North Providence.
