    Hi From Sunny Fresno!

    New to this forum, not to Mini's.. I have a 2002 r53 and a 2008 r56.
    The 53 has an extensive mod list. The 2008 is a stock S with a JCW aero kit (my daughter's car)

    I've been working on the r53 with Steve over at The Custom Mini Shop for the last year.. I'm working out the last few kinks…
    Tune (Bytetronic) is pretty much done, two more logs.
    I need to find a good clutch solution, i have a Spec stage two in there, as i type.. Does it's job, but the noise (Flywheel chatter) is driving me batty.
    Musician by trade… So noise plays havoc with my head.. I just wanna hear the Boria not the tranny. ")

    Welcome,

    If you're wanting quiet worry free clutch operation just go with an OS Giken comp clutch. ;)

    Personally I run a Southbend stage 3 Daily, while I like it, the engagement of the OS Giken is life altering.
