Took the Clubby down to the dealer this am to have a special ordered part installed - it was a 5 min job, the little cover over the mood light on the B pillar had fallen off and one of the locating tabs was broken. I figured I'd drive in, they'd snap the part in and off I'd go.... I'm always surprised and pleased by the good service I get at Baron MINI, so as I'm kibitzing with a couple of the sales people (two very attractive ladies I might add) time passes quickly, and my car's still in the shop. Finally I walked back up to the service counter to see what the holdup is, just as my car rolls up - they'd washed it, inside and out! They even washed the filthy, mud and salt encrusted rubber mats, vacuumed the interior, wiped the dust off the dash - I mean it looked great! So, rain tomorrow, I gay-run-tee it!
Great to hear about your positive service experience. How about adding a review of Baron in the reviews are please. I to thought Friday was going to bring rain as my car was in for service on Thurs where they did an incredible wash job for me, hand wash too since the spinning things would destroy my mirrors.
I have written them up both for sales and service in the past, on both this car and my '03 JCW. Do you want a review for each service visit, or???

I have not problem with more reviews for the same place for different visits. I think it adds to the shops reputation.
My Clubbie is going in on Tuesday to fix the dreaded death rattle, let's see if I get a good washing! But then Mark is home in a few hours, I think he owes me a carwash or two:rolleyes5: Lois
and he should fix you one of those drinks with the umbrella, so you can sit and watch him work. :cornut: Jim
