Well, one of the Rotary drivers was hit by a bike 3 years back, and was just served with a lawsuit... by the biker who hit him! Looks like the statute of limitations for these things is 3 years in NC. For anyone who was involved in an accident, SAVE the names & contact info of all parties involved, witnesses, any evidence (video, statements, etc.) for at least that long. If you know anyone who was involved in any scrapes this year (or any of the last 2-3 years), remind them to keep all of this info safe until they know they are clear.
