Well, after having my Mini Clubman S stolen and totaled (long story), I'm anxiously awaiting delivery of a new Mini Countryman S due sometime in February, probably towards the end of February. Specifics: S Light White Black Roof and Mirrors Sport Package - Black Bonnet Stripes - 18" Five Star Double Spoke Black Wheels Premium Package Convenience Package Steptronic Automatic Transmission Center Armrest Split Rail Anthracite Headliner Leather Gravity Carbon Black Surf Blue Color Line I did not opt for Nav or Connected... may regret it later, but, I don't own an iPhone and have no plans on getting one. Happy with my Droid and realize that it will probably be supported by Connected in the not too distant future, but doubt I'd use many of the features of Connected anyway. Can't wait to get the new Mini as I've been without a Mini since December.

Sorry to hear about the loss of the Clubman, but good on ya for making parting those storm clouds and picking up an Countryman. We'll be looking forward to your thoughts on how it compares with the Clubman.

:cornut:Welcome! The Countryman that you're getting and its list of options sounds great to me. Just curious, did your Clubman have auto/trans also or manual/trans? It seems that many people these days are opting for auto/trans. Jason
My Clubman also had an Automatic Transmission. I actually liked it a lot and like the paddle shifters. My other car is an '02 'vette and it's a standard so it's nice to be able to have an option of an automatic when I'll be driving during peak traffic hours. It gets real tired, real fast, driving the 'vette in bumper to bumper traffic...

I tried tracking it on WW but the VIN wasn't found so I gave up. I didn't think they shipped directly to FL, I thought the closest port they unload them at is GA.
Took delivery on 2/4/11 Sorry for the delay, been busy, but took delivery of my Countryman S on 2/4/11 and love it. Definitely feels different than my Clubman S did, but overall, better, but, I have to admit, it doesn't quite have that "go kart" feel to it like the smaller Mini's...
