The SC does not need to be removed specifically to install a JCW pulley.
It installs like any of the other oem SC pulleys. Some are easy and others need a little nurturing to install. :frown2:
PM me with for couple of simple methods for a successful installation.

I should have a couple around in the leftover parts bin and will see if I can find one and pm you.

I would think if you heated the pulley & used a very good pair of gloves you could place it on the nose of the SC. Once cooled it will be on there good.

    What is the goal?
A JCW pulley or a pulley of the same, or at least close to the same, size ? If the former then the previous posts will help, if the latter then I believe there are a few aftermarket options that would be much easier to install than an OEM JCW pulley.

My JCW pulley measured at a reduction of 11.45% smaller than the standard S pulley, I believe Keith at Werkin MINI can get you a ~12.3% reduction pulley.

    Just FYI
