you will need to remove the blower to install this Aaron, its a press on sort of deal, get in touch with Kavs motorsport in Slovenia he can make you one if you need. Im sure Craven could also.
The SC does not need to be removed specifically to install a JCW pulley. It installs like any of the other oem SC pulleys. Some are easy and others need a little nurturing to install. :frown2: PM me with for couple of simple methods for a successful installation. I should have a couple around in the leftover parts bin and will see if I can find one and pm you.
I would think if you heated the pulley & used a very good pair of gloves you could place it on the nose of the SC. Once cooled it will be on there good.
What is the goal? A JCW pulley or a pulley of the same, or at least close to the same, size ? If the former then the previous posts will help, if the latter then I believe there are a few aftermarket options that would be much easier to install than an OEM JCW pulley. My JCW pulley measured at a reduction of 11.45% smaller than the standard S pulley, I believe Keith at Werkin MINI can get you a ~12.3% reduction pulley. Just FYI
