    I know this answer, back in the late 60’s on an aircraft carrier we used JP5 fuel in our jets.

    I used 115/145 piston engines. you know what's funny. I was in the Navy for 4 years and was on a ship for 4 days. They sent me to Hawaii, but at the time no planes were going so sent me on a ship. My sea duty was in Hawaii. It was a heck of a ship.
