We decided to finally buy a mini and bought an 09 jcw with 20k miles. So far its simply a gocart on dope. The clutch is perfect, the ride is nice, and it can really rail into corners. I haven't played with it in overboost yet but even off sport I'm happy. And still managed an avg mpg of 28.3 on the way home. There have been a few mods done already, cold air, piping, exhaust, some carbon fiber, and a nice new set of checkered floor mats. I'm sure there's more to the car that I haven't figured out yet but looking and learning as i go.

Thanks everyone. I'll try and get more pictures up after I get it cleaned up some. I guess it sat at their lot for 5 months and was last started a month ago so its a bit dirty right now.

Ok, I've located the accessport, all turbo piping it didn't have, and the boost gauge. I'm having a hard time locating a decent turbo back exhaust. Everything else is already in place, just waiting on the last of the parts to get here (hot side boost, gauge, and ap). Can anyone leave a link to full exhaust? I was looking into the alta 3" cat back but not having emissions tests here, along with knowing someone, I'm wanting to do a full 3" catless or high flow. Thanks.

Don't go over 2-1/2".... 3" doesn't get you anything, except more weight.

I looked at the alta 3" but open to suggestions. I found akraprovic exhaust, but no prices found yet.

Finally, a price. A bit more than I want to spend right now. If I do the alta cat back ($800) I need to locate a downpipe. The guy at alta suggested a 2.5 catless full dp. I'm going to do more digging but so far not a lot of luck.

Exhaust and dp found and ordered. Other parts ordered as well, anyone know a link to the aero kit? Thought of going for looks with the front and rear defuser but was told I needed to install the aero kit first. Any help????? Google has pictures but nowhere to buy. Baron bmw wants just over 400.
