They don't make it easy to watch the entire Le Mans 24H, at least not in the US. I've no idea what the coverage is like elsewhere. Like it or not, there's one of these again this year. Of course, Nissan would be quick to point out that this isn't Deltawing 2, that it might look similar but it's a completely different vehicle. All new under the skin including all new running gear, just a familiar shape.
And of course, lawsuits are flying: Dr. Don Panoz, the principal backer of DeltaWing racing, has filed suit against Nissan, claiming its ZEOD is a knockoff of the DeltaWing. - Autoweek
wow, that C7 is incredible. I am saving my pennies for when the C7 Z06 debuts....that car is going to cost some coin, but I might not be able to resist...
A photo from scrutineering. I read that when they finished with the corvettes (they were last) someone arranged for Born in the USA to be blasted through the loudspeakers.
I love the C7, and like you, would really like to have a new Z06. But, they have priced themselves out of my realm of possibility. I'm just gonna have to be content with keeping my C4 on the road. I have my DVR set to record anything Le Mans this weekend. Hopefully they will give Team Corvette some airtime.
Here's a thought. VW have both Audi and Porsche competing against each other this year. What if this is Audi's last year? With the roomer that Red Bull might to getting VW into F1, it could come with the Audi badge on it.:idea:
