It's interesting that we have 3 local businesses that cater to MINIs but I've never seen them visit with us. Or maybe I'm just blind. We have Outmotoring, TC Kline, and MINI FINI. :idea:Maybe we should visit them some Saturday!
Outmotoring HQ has moved to TN. We used to visit monthly. My wallet doesn't miss the visits, but I do.
MINIFINI Is a commercial metal shop. Different product lines than what is downstairs from M/A World HQ. They are more production based. MINI FINI is just a small part of what they do there. Had a tour last year. It's a shop, they have big machines there to work big pieces of metal. The parent company is Allfab Allfab, Inc. Columbus, Ohio Home Page TC Kline - Went there about a year ago to the shop. Yeah, they are much more BMW focused and were not shy in letting me know that. Maybe things have changed some over there but it will be a cold day in hell before I darken their door again.
Yep, they and Craven (DLT, LLC.) occupy a unique position in the MINI tuning world as true production manufacturers. I have big respect for them and their capabilities. Our goal is to matriculate from a 'grind, polish and screw together' manufacturer to a component producer.
Russel from MINIFINI has been to a couple of breakfast. He is a cool guy and can sing a good version of "Hang On Sloopy" during karaoke night at the Dragon, especially if you eliminate the drunk guy (/\this guy/\) trying to sing with him.
