A social group has been started for all Veterans and their families to include those currently serving at http://www.motoringalliance.com/forums/groups/military-veterans.html See you there. Tron Chief aka: John
Rhetorical question, Chief: How many nations are represented by MA members. Of those, how many served or are serving their country in the military? So far, the social group looks a little parochial albeit just getting started. I sure hope nobody stays away because they feel the group is exclusive.
I can answer part of this. In the past month there have been visits to M/A from 144 Countries. Granted, not every visit from each country has been on the up and up, there are a fair amount of spammers that are blocked. 92.91% of all traffic is from the US. 2.06% is from Canada. 1.48% is from the UK That leaves 3.55% from 141 different countries. Of that, 2.17% of the grand total is from 10 other EU countries. Leaving 1.38% of the total traffic from 131 different countries.
I'm sure that many of us have traveled overseas and can remember meeting a member of another branch of service from a different country. I have shared a beverage in a bar in France with a British Navy showing that made for a very pleasant conversation, a cup of Turkish Coffee with a local Army member and talked with Israeli soldier discussing how their country requires all men and women to serve a minimum of 2 years. We all served and all are welcome much like MA many of us are from other forums but found out that MA is a welcome location for conversations regardless of the subject. Nathan runs a great forum and tool for information on my next mod be it putting on a wing to engine mods
