I use Best Motor Werks for those jobs I'm too old to tackle these days. Excellent service, never a problem.

I went with Best... I requested Anson.... Nice guy and great MINI mechanic...

Had a bunch of stuff done last Fall in preparation for this Spring...

More along the lines of "Preventative Maintenance"
    Replaced oil cooler gasket
    Turbo oil line
    Replaced manual transmission fluid (OEM)
Repaired rear fog light wiring (rodent damage)
Timing chain slack test (tested in spec but at maximum wear)
Replaced Timing Chain cassette and associated parts.
    Replaced timing chain tensioner.
    Replaced valve cover and gasket.

"MM IS STILL ALIVE! Welcome back stranger."

    "Hey Chuck...what’s up?"

Yup, still alive and kicking... Thanks guy's
I just pulled the MINI out from hibernation last Friday and decided to give it a fresh wash on Sunday. Very therapeutic...
It sure felt good driving it with all the nannies turned off.
