My daughter owns a 2004 Mini Cooper with a 5-speed manual transmission. This is the first manual tranny I have ever worked on, and the first car made outside of the US, so I am sure I will need lots of help!
Welcome aboard. You have a good local Independent MINI repair shop in Atlanta. Look up Way Motor Works if you want to let someone else work on the car. Indy shops are cheaper than dealer service. If you like DIY then feel free to ask for help here. We try to help when we can.
:cornut: Welcome to MA. We're glad that you're here. Do also look up R50s and their transmissions in the forums and what you can't find our MINIac Gearheads can provide. Jason
Welcome to the addiction. If you are going to do work on the MINI yourself, buy a Bentley service manual. Absolute must have.
Good luck with your repairs and Welcome to Motoring Alliance the onlyest Mini Forum you'll ever need!!
