I have taken my car into MoD for the first time, and I have to say that I havent been impressed with their customer service. My car has been with them two days, and I have a loaner; but the motoring advisor seems very unfriendly. Is this what I have to look forward to at the only place that services my MINI? :arf:

Hmm ... I've always had good service there. Who is your SA? As Nathan mentioned, John is very quick to make things right for people.
I may have been to quick to judge. My car was kept three days, and they provided me with a 2011 convertible, and all was under warranty. I just think the service advisor could have been a little more personal and caring.
