    Just bought a 2008 MC S Clubman with 68,400 miles. I came across an issue about carbon buildup in a review I was reading and while researching fortunately came across this site. I have no problems with my new mini but was wondering if maybe it would be adviseable to use seafoam as a preventative treatment? I've never owned a mini and look forward to having this one for a long time! I love it!

    There are some posts around about how to use Seafoam. It appears to be the best way to go.

    :cornut:Welcome to the MINI/Addiction/Madness. Most people use Seafome but there are people who use distilled water. I've never used water myself. :Thumbsup:

    Another good product is BG-44K every 5 or 6 months.
