What makes this car a roadster? Marketing? For me a roadster (not the old Indy cars) is an early/mid '50s Jaguar XK (120, 140,150). Or the '60s Jaguar XK-E's. Or more recently, the BMW Z3's. All had short boots, 2 seats, and looooooooooooong hoods/bonnets. And true to their Indy car origins they all were front engine, rear wheel drive and you sat below the driveshaft. .....Les
Really thought it looked great in the promo pics we've been seeing for a long time....but these spy shots aren't doing much for it, are they?
Sadly it does look like a GEO... These spy shots of late will be the entry level version and the cool cars we saw from the different shows will be the JCW version probably with the color matched wheels and stripes from bumper to bumper etc.. In the beginning I was wanting one in a bad way, but now may just hold on to what I have for awhile longer!!!
