I hope you all noticed the irresistible Roadster sales. And I still have not seen another on the road besides by own.
...301 for the month nationwide isn't exactly flooding the market but it's still a steady stream, and I like the fact that the R59 is still relatively rare. Makes it that much more of a head-turner. Note that it's the only model among all those available a year ago that enjoyed a positive percentage change. More than twice as many Roadsters sold than the brand spankin' new Paceman? :eek6: Maybe the number doesn't reflect factory orders. If it does, it's falling flat on its face.
Mini does a remarkably piss-poor job of marketing. Always say I would have had one years ago if someone let me in on the secret of how fun they were. I have not ridden in one of the new models however I did ride in a fiat...tboroughly unimpressed with the car but fiat is selling them like hotcakes!
Meanwhile, sales are going gangbusters for the rest of the auto industry. This is a dismal showing for MINI. Car sales continue to gain in May - Jun. 3, 2013
