    MINI’s city car is real and will debut in concept form sometime over the next year. That’s what sources are telling us as new information continues to leak out. The mini-MINI will be based off of the current R56 platform but will be shortened to original Mini proportions. Sounds like a perfect platform for BMW’s new [...] [​IMG]

    So they can call it the Mini MINI, or shorten it to MINI2.

    Just might be something with the BMW turbo 3 cylinder. Can't wait.:Thumbsup:

    This is going to be interesting, really looking forward to this one. It could be a Smart killer, which BTW is not very smart and does not get near the economy it should for being so small. This mini MINI could easily be more efficient than the Smart.

    If they keep the MINI look, this could be amazing. I just hope they don't make it look too much like the Smart car or the IQ with their small-car egg shapes.

    So how long before BMW decides to use this chassis as an isetta remake?
