    hiya. my 04 cooper S will not start . when i turn the key there is a clicking noise and the headlites flash? what's the deal? thanks

    If you are on the original battery I'd look there first. Can you jump start it?

    Yep... the clicking noise is a classic sign of a bad battery. With the colder temps that we have all been feeling of late, lots of folks are hearing that sound.
