Hats off to Dani Sorto, co-driver Carlos del Barrio and the rest of the MINI WRC Team for a 2nd place finish in Rally France. Amazing work for a team in it's first year and on a limited schedule for the season. This was only the 4th Rally the MINI WRC team has entered.

Full coverage of the event can be found elsewhere on M/A thanks to Steve.

    Great news.

Dani Sorto is a great driver. I think he will be the man to try to beat in 2012.

Sebestien Ogier is talking about not renewing with Citroen when his contract expires. It would really be great if the Mini team added him to the team. I think Mini would be un-stopable with Ogier driving for them in 2012. He has already shown he is as good or even better then Sebastien Loeb on asphalt or gravel.

I sure would like to see it happen.:biggrin5:

That would be good, but I would hate to see Kris knocked out of a spot. He is still learning, but clearly a hard charging driver. There is also the money issue. I'm sure Ogier would want far more then Kris is getting. On the other hand, three WRC would be nice.
