Who's going, when you heading down, and when are you coming home... Thought is that you can check to see when everyone is coming and going and maybe set up a group to drive with for the long journey between C-bus and the Dragon. B.A.D. - 5/3 am, 5/6 am Nathan - Leaving C-Bus 4/28 AMish, Return 5/6 AMish Jim - Leaving Fairfield, PA 5/2, 0800ish. Departing on 5/6, sometime after breakfast. Robb and Ang - Leaving Dayton 4/29 am returning home 5/6 am Cooperjet - Heading down 5/2 am and coming back 5/6 am. JMC40 - Leaving 5/2 AM returning 5/6 AM CHKMINI - Leaving 5/2 AM returning 5/6 AM Crashton - 5/3 am, 5/6 am cooper99 - 5/3 pm, 5/6 am
I'll hook up with ya at the Fontana entrance and we can drive to the Lodge together. I plan to be there around 1800. Jim
I plan on leaving southbound Thursday 5-3 early & will head back northbound Sunday 6-3 early, just before sunrise.
Cool and watch all those "other" types take their hats off, as they think about how much gas it took them to get there. Jim
Leaving from C'Bus around 10 AM on 5/2 and returning to C'Bus early 5/6. It appears we have several on the same schedule either going down, coming back or both.
Leaving Jersey on the 27th for Hickory NC, then to the Dragon on the 2nd with some Tar Heels. Leaving on the 5th.
Still trying to solve that dilemma myself....I know that S has got to be driving Robb nuts!:biggrin5:
Haha yeah it is! He drives it often but of course not as much as I do since it's my daily driver. I still get glares when he hears the burble! Don't let him fool you though...Robb made the decision to get the S. Since it's a heavier car he wanted the power to get it up and going and not have any lagging like we did in the Clubman. Believe me there is NO lag on the Countrygal! He still loves his justa though
Ang brought to my attention the similarities of s'mores to donuts tonight... and seeing as we're camping at MOTD once again, we thought there might be a night that works for everyone to swing by and enjoy the campfire and some "camp donuts"... any interest?
