Nice job. I can see how the top of the seat would protect your head, but do they make it hard to see right and left?

Realy nice. The steering wheel and other red trim sets your interior apart from others

LOL  I was thinking the same thing. Unless it is a dedicated track vehicle. Either way very cool seats enjoy .

No - but remember you buy seats to fit you. My horizontal line of vision is just below the "seat ears". A driver with a taller torso would have a problem and would probably need the XL version with is wider and taller.

The biggest problem in "over the shoulder vision" is the harness not the seats -- on the street we lean forward and twist to look over our shoulders. With a harness there is no leaning forward and there is no twisting. With OEM seat belts where you can lean and twist there is a learning curve but no big problem.

Purchased them here : MOMO SAFARI Racing Seat Blue or Red FIA-2010

I was trying to buy Sparco but their customer support was terrible.

Momo on the other hand was excellent and Louis Boustanil at LTB Autosports was a pleasure to work with -- knowledgeable, great service, fast (free) shipping!

Buy seats carefully, sizing is everything -- Most regular seats are too small for many people!

    That looks really cool.

So does this car see manly track only, or does it serve as a DD as well ? Any plans for a harness bar ?

I really wish i could buy seats right off of the shelf, but my fat-arse requires special sizing.

You should have seen the grin on my face when I started the MINI up and the air bag light quickly disappeared!

    Thanks again!
