When I look online at social media there are numerous groups, pages and individuals all showing love for MINI. One thing, well many things bother me when I read the posts. The chief of which is the term*“Justa”. What does that even mean??? My car is a Justa, Just a what? If you mean your […] More...

Yeah, while I respect the writer's opinion, I think rather than have 5 more cups of coffee they need to lay off the caffeine altogether and take a chill pill. It's justa name.......:cornut::cornut: I'll bet this pic would drive him completely over the edge.....
I'm with Minidave, Mr. Mark Chopping needs to lay off coffee completely and keep his opinions to himself.
The term Justa has never bothered me. I take a little pride in the fact my '13 is a Justa. I recall a former Porsche 911 owner saying the Mini gives him 80% of the pleasure for 25% of the cost. In turn I think a similar type of comparison can be made for the Justa against the S and JCW models.
I never thought of "justa" in a negative way, just kind of a cool name. Heck, it was the justa that dominated it's autox class when it first came out while the S struggled to be competitive. Each has its merits, and I never felt the justa to be inferior to the S, just different, in its own good way.
It's justa way to describe a car. I use that term & I don't see it as derogatory in any way, but heck that's justa me.
+1 As Nathan said, it's a term of endearment. Aesthetically, I'll put my R59 Justa up there with the best of 'em.
