For the first time ever, fans can come watch a NASCAR Nationwide Series car turn laps at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course on Monday, April 15... FOR FREE! Ohio native and current points leader Sam Hornish, Jr. will bring his No. 12 Alliance Truck Parts / WURTH Ford Mustang for Penske Racing to test the 13-turn, 2.258 mile track. Gates open at 9 a.m. and you're welcome to stay through 3 p.m. The Keyhole and the Infield will be open, so grab a blanket or a chair and get some race watching practice under your belt for the Nationwide Children's Hospital 200 on August 17. You're also welcome to bring food and/or drinks as the concession stands will be closed. The garage/paddock area, pits, tower, grandstands and other areas besides the two mentioned above will be closed to fans. Check out this map and fact sheet for more details
