    Any mods on the car?

Have you checked the compression or performed a leak down test?

Neither coil nor valve cover gasket will correct oil on the spark plug. It is very low probability a new coil will make your car feel young again; new spark plugs, wires, and a clean air filter perhaps, for a while. Tell us where the oil is on the spark plug? If it is on the lower threads and the plug shows signs of fouling, then look to worn valve guide or piston rings.
