My name is Payton. I just recently bought my wife a 2007 mini S. it is for sure one of the most fun cars I have ever driven! I come from the world of diesel performance and an interested as to what you guys do to modify these? Hers is a 6 speed and bone stock. Where did you all start? Exhaust, tune, bigger chargers, nitrous, pulleys, clutch and shift kits? Any steering suspension upgrades? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks

Personally I would first replace the runflat tires and factory wheels with something much lighter thus reducing the amount of unsprung weight. Next would be a 19mm to 25mm rear sway bar and then go out and drive it like you stole it.

Is it a hard top or convertible?

If hard top it is an R56 and is turbo. If convertible then it is an R52 and is supercharged.
