Hey all Came across this site from a dealer Detroit Tuned who sent me a magnet about this place with my last order, so I figured I'd pop over and check the place out. I recently traded in my STi for a 09 JCW Hardtop. Ive done a few odds and ends such as a Detroit Tuned oil feed line, tires, BSH Boost Tap, and just recently ordered a BSH Catch Can. Came here to get some info on the notorious rattle that is starting to emanate from the engine compartment due to the timing chain. A bit about myself. Currently AutoX and was a board member for FWSCCA. Also race ChumpCar, and am a Driver/Marketer for Team PBR. Now without further talk let me introduce EL DIABLO
Seems to be that way, the others im on seem EXTREMELY SLOW. But also since Ill be doing the timing chain here soon, is there any sort of How-To Guide on here? Or is it basically pull the front of the car off or pull the motor.

It's not a 'How To' as there's not one in the library yet but check this info out(I'd embed to 'click on' but I don't know how): 1. go to 'Seach' above right and type in 'Timing Chain Replacement' and click go. 2. This will bring up a number of threads. Skip down to thread(#4 I think) 'Timing Chain Issues' and 'click on.' 3. When the thread comes up, go to post # 18 or 19 and 'click on' embedded address MINI COOPER ::North American Motoring- Changed My Own Chain Tensioner. 4.
