Been looking at the Mini for a few years was ready for a new driver/toy so
I picked up a 2003 S. Put about 1000 miles on it this week great car, I do miss the torque of my 6 liter V8 but this car is fun in different ways

    Thanks everyone,

As for plans for this one, some simple mods to start intake and exhaust, and some cabin tech ( iPod intergration etc)

Three weeks in right at 4000 miles of travel around Texas so far great car has been enjoyable on long interstate runs and great fun on the FM roads, not a fan of the run flats so they will be the first change

    Welcome! :)

I couldn't wait to change out the run flats on my 06 MCSc either. We drove from OKC to San Antonio on regular rubber, and it was so much more enjoyable than the trip to Atlanta on the run-flats. Lots of good long stretches of roads to run on in Texas!

    Welcome!

Second addition after ditching the runflats should be a 15% pulley. :D
