It's that time again when many of us make new goals for the new year. Instead the usual items like lose weight, eat better, etc etc I've come up with what I think are better ones for me... I have a really large 90 ton break in my shop that incorporates a really large brake..... Thanks Nathan, I never gave it much thought, know you have me thinking before I type.....:crazy:
Alas... no calipers..... It's a big a$$ band brake that connects a mechanical flywheel that then operates the break (sorta transfers the stored up kinetic energy in the rotating flywheel). It'll bend 1/2" thick steel like "butta"......
