SOLD: Rare JCW Challenge rear wing New in the box, rare JCW Challenge Rear wing. I have included a couple of photos from a wing that sold to get an idea of what it looks like finished (Note - the wing I am selling comes without stickers in those photos). I am also including a pair of OEM plugs that go into the holes when you pull the R53 wing to install this one. One poster said this wing was good for .5 sec a lap faster at Mosport. I also have pix of how the install area should look on the car. Its pretty straight forward but does require some drilling. SOLD! Please take a look at my other ads. Would love to move the coilovers and strut supports this week and ship everything out on Friday. Will entertain offers on the coilovers and to sweeten the price, I will pay for shipping and insurance on them.
Thanks for asking!!! It is actually done! Just need to take a week off from the paying job to work on the edits of the edits. Then it is one more round of edits, then lock it it. Maybe late summer? I really want to get it done so I can move on to book III.
Dude, 6 months ago I would have been all over this :frown5: At least I can provide a bump for an AWESOME wing (seen them in person and they're my fav behind the GP wing)
Congrats to whoever got this gorgeous wing (And my thanks because I was REALLY trying to figure out how to justify it to the Frau )
Wing shipped out Jeff, hope you enjoy the wing. It will look great. Sent you a copy of my book too. Enjoy the read.
Received the wing today, also a signed copy of the driver (thanks rob). couple of questions maybe someone can answer I kinda have already myself but ill put them out there. the picture shows what looks like a rubber pad that goes between the mount and the hatch, the kit didn't come with this (a quick P/N search and doesn't seem like it was supposed to) should I just cut some rubber to fit? it looks like the mount needs to go between it and the hatch because the bracket has a lip on it. Also, rob you said you have pictures of how the mount holes were drilled if you could send those to me that would be great.
