    OEM LSD for R53

OEM Limited slip differential out of a 2006 Cooper S 6 speed R53 with 18,000 miles. This came with a replacement transmission I purchased but was not needed as I was using an aftermarket LSD.
Will ship to the lower 48 states USA.

    List Date: 7/4/2013

May be a stupid question but will this fit the early Getrag 02-04?

I'm pretty sure this will fit all years of R53s. I have even heard of these being used successfully in R56 Cooper S's.

I'm sure your clutch is about to go Scott. Might as well get the slip & throw them both in at the same time. :yesnod:

Jason's a stand-up guy. I'm sure if you tempted him with a case of IPA (and perhaps a Brinks truck full of money) he' d even install it for you... ;-)

Kind of a long drive on an apparently worn out clutch ......... :biggrin5:

Good luck with the sale, I will be watching to see whan it sells.

I can assume this is a Torsen/Quaife style LSD and not a plate type?

The OEM LSD is a clutch type. Cone clutch actually from what I'm told.
