My dt bpv is already leaking. I posted a YouTube video of crazy boost oscillation. I be at 3-4k rpm hitting 9-12 psi, then 9 back up to 12 and down again, without letting off the throttle. I have the 15% pulley I used to get 16-18 psi wot. I zip tied my bpv and got 16 again. I then got the p1237 code which I found was a map sensor code. My question is, is it okay to drive with that code? How about prolonged period of having a zip tied bpv? The revs fall much quicker when I let off and don't hang or even rev up 200 rpm like they did before I zip tied it. I really feel the power increase from the stable higher boost. I always tried doing a boost leak test using the coupler nozzle adapter on the tb but at about 5 psi my sc inlet plastic tube begins to vent out til boost drops to 0. So I really don't know if there are any other leaks. Will that code put the car into limp? Or screw with the afr?
